Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional Adidas customer service to each visitor.
- Handle sales transactions efficiently, including cash, credit, and check payments.
- Manage product ticketing and verify received items against paperwork.
- Support product flow from the stockroom to the sales floor on an as-needed basis.
- Secure company assets and inventory to minimize shrinkage.
- Create and maintain attractive merchandise displays following store management guidelines.
- Achieve proficiency with the point-of-sale system, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Utilize effective selling techniques, such as upselling and explaining product features, to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting the right products, occasionally serving as a Greeter during peak times.
- Maintain general housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and organized store environment.
