Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) is excited to announce its Learnership Programme for 2025 / 2026, aimed at empowering enthusiastic young individuals aged between 18 and 34. This Learnership Agreement spans up to 18 months, providing a unique opportunity for young talent to kickstart their professional careers while developing essential skills and knowledge.
The structured Learnership Programmes adhere to the guidelines set by the relevant Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs). Participants will engage in 70% practical training within various departments, complemented by 30% theoretical training conducted at ACSA facilities and partner service providers.
Throughout the duration of the Learnership Programme, participants will receive a stipend, ensuring financial support as they embark on this career-enhancing journey.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Grade 12 qualification
- Unemployed applicants only
- Must be a South African citizen
- Aged between 18 and 34 years
- Must meet physical and medical fitness standards
- No criminal record
