Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience, assist customers in locating products, and address queries or complaints.
- Perform cashier duties, including processing cash and card payments, managing lay-bys, handling customer refunds, reporting discrepancies to the supervisor, and balancing the till.
- Engage in merchandising by ensuring stock is accurately priced and displayed, maintaining product availability on the sales floor, and staying updated on promotions.
- Mitigate risks by ensuring products are tagged according to company policy, participating in stock takes, and monitoring for shoplifters or fraudulent activities, reporting any suspicious behavior to management.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
