Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting in Administrative Tasks:
    • Scheduling meetings
    • Preparing documents
    • Maintaining files
    • Organizing HR-related materials
  2. Assist the HR Consultant with Recruitment Related Duties:
    • Participate in recruitment activities
    • Coordinate interview schedules
    • Assist with candidate communications
  3. HR Policies and Procedures:
    • Facilitate coordination and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures
  4. Learning and Growth:
    • Actively seek opportunities to learn and grow within the HR field
    • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to develop HR skills and knowledge

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant HR qualification (Degree or National Diploma)
  • Keen interest in pursuing a career in HR

Skills:

  • Excellent administration skills for managing large volumes of data in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly proficiency in Excel
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
