Essential Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience: No more than 3 years post-graduate experience.
- Leadership: Proven leadership through extra-curricular activities.
- Skills: Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Intercultural Competencies: Gained from international experiences.
- Personal Traits: Self-motivation, initiative, and a drive to succeed.
