As a Team Lead in Customer Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the functionality and efficiency of distribution sites, ensuring that staff adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and managing customer interactions. Your role is crucial in maintaining smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Equipment and System Management: Conduct pre-tests on equipment, ensure access to front-end systems, and report issues to Regional Operations Managers.
  • Site Operations: Ensure all distribution sites are operational, including the availability of marketing materials, stationery, cards, and equipment. Escalate issues as necessary.
  • Staff Management: Ensure appropriate staffing levels at each site, re-allocate customer service clerks as required, and handle staff issues.
  • Attendance Monitoring: Oversee the completion and submission of attendance registers and weekly time sheets.
  • Reporting and Issue Resolution: Submit daily reports and statistics, address system-related issues, and handle customer complaints promptly.
  • Ad Hoc Duties: Occasionally issue cards to customers and perform other tasks as required.
