As a Customer Services Clerk, you will be responsible for the verification and issuing of bank cards to customers. This role involves ensuring the functionality of equipment, maintaining card stock, assisting customers with queries related to lost or damaged cards, and providing daily reports to your Team Leader.
Job Responsibilities
- Pre-test Equipment: Ensure all equipment is functional and report any issues.
- Card Stock Management: Collect, record, and safeguard card stock.
- Card Issuance: Verify customer information and issue cards, recording each transaction accurately.
- Customer Assistance: Address queries regarding lost, damaged, or pin reset requests.
- Reporting: Submit daily reports and statistics to the Team Leader.
- Queue Management: Assist in managing queues to ensure efficient service, particularly for elderly, disabled, and sick customers.
