- Educational Qualifications: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification as recognized by SAQA.
- Knowledge, Competencies, and Skills:
- Knowledge of the PERSAL System.
- Understanding of Human Resource policies and legislation.
- Report writing skills.
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Computer literacy).
- Good organizing skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
