Position: Artisan Production Grade A (Ref No: LDARD 24/5/2024)
Salary: R230 898 per annum, OSD
Location: Sekhukhune District
Key Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualifications: Grade 12 plus an appropriate Trade Test Certificate or equivalent tertiary qualification as recognized by SAQA.
- Experience: No prior experience required.
- Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license (exceptions made for individuals with disabilities).
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Understanding of relevant Acts and regulations.
- Familiarity with Road Maintenance Manual and health and safety measures.
- Proficiency in technical analysis and computer-aided technical applications.
- Knowledge of legal compliance and technical report writing.
- Skills in production and process knowledge, problem-solving, decision-making, teamwork, analytical thinking, creativity, self-management, customer focus, responsiveness, communication, computer literacy, and planning and organizing.
- Core and Process Competencies: People management and empowerment, program and project management, change management, knowledge management, service delivery innovation, problem-solving and analysis, client orientation and customer focus, communication.
