Key Responsibilities
- Support HR Management and Development: Provide comprehensive support to HR management and development processes.
- Internal Bursaries Administration: Manage the administrative processes related to internal bursaries within the OCJ.
- Departmental Induction Program: Administer and provide support for the departmental induction program.
- PMDS Administration: Assist in the administration of the Performance Management and Development System (PMDS), including the moderation of performance and implementation of performance incentives.
- General Administrative Support: Offer various administrative services to ensure the smooth operation of HRD and PMDS functions.
