Key Responsibilities
- Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities through conversational phone outreach to warm leads
- Present and sell digital education and e-commerce products
- Close deals and manage prospects throughout the sales process
- Log daily outreach activity in the internal system, with a minimum of 30 contacts per day
- Meet weekly and monthly KPIs to unlock higher commission rates
Products You Will Sell
- Masterclass – R150
- Paid Community (Recurring Subscription) – R350/month
- Store Builds – R2,500 to R5,000
- Accredited Education Courses – R1,500 per course
Commission & Earnings
- 10% commission on all collected revenue
- 13% commission when KPIs are consistently achieved
- On-target earnings (OTE): R6,500 – R19,500+ per month
- Recurring income from subscription-based products
- Commission unlocked only when daily KPIs are met consistently
