Pam Golding Properties is seeking a motivated and inquisitive Intern Estate Agent to join our Goodwood, Athlone, and Belhar franchises. The ideal candidate is persistent, detail-oriented, sociable, and outgoing. This role focuses on the successful marketing and selling of properties, expanding market share, and delivering exceptional customer service while upholding the Pam Golding Properties brand and ethos.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing and selling residential and commercial properties
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensuring compliance with company standards and ethical guidelines
- Actively contributing to the growth of the franchise’s market share
- Adhering to all job requirements to promote the Pam Golding Properties brand
Candidate Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle are mandatory
- Preference given to candidates residing in Goodwood, Athlone, or Belhar
Requirements to Fulfill Real Estate Qualification Obligations
Successful candidates must meet the following criteria during their learnership:
- Complete a detailed journal documenting daily activities
- Prepare a portfolio showcasing learning outcomes and project work
- Successfully complete an NQF4 course and related assessments
- Maintain an EAAB logbook throughout the learnership period
- Attend all scheduled meetings and client visits as directed by your mentor
