Pepkor Lifestyle invites unemployed South African youth to apply for the Wholesale & Retail SETA Funded Learnership Programme 2026. This 12-month learnership offers practical retail and workplace skills training across all nine provinces nationwide.
The programme is funded by the Wholesale & Retail SETA (W&R SETA) and provides valuable experience within the retail industry, including exposure to leading retail brands under the Pepkor Lifestyle umbrella.

- Customer service on the shop floor

- Operating Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Stock control and loss prevention
- Understanding the retail environment
