This 6-month structured internship is designed for TVET students or graduates seeking practical, hands-on experience as Service Area Assistants in the Deli, Bakery, and Produce departments. The internship is based in Gauteng stores, providing a valuable opportunity to gain exposure to retail food operations.

Main Duties

  • Operational Support: Assist with product preparation, merchandising, replenishment, and stock rotation to minimize waste.
  • Safety & Quality: Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and quality standards within the food-handling departments.
