Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and engage potential clients to generate quality leads.
- Maintain and update customer databases, recording interactions.
- Prepare presentations and tender proposals for prospects.
- Support client inquiries and foster strong ongoing relationships.
- Conduct research and benchmarking for continuous improvement.
Marketing
- Manage and publish content on social media platforms, focusing on LinkedIn.
- Maintain the company website and online brochures regularly.
- Develop marketing brochures and thought leadership newsletters.
- Collaborate with design and operations teams to ensure consistent branding.
Office Administration
- Oversee daily office operations to promote efficiency and productivity.
- Handle daily calls and email correspondence.
- Coordinate team schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Person Specification
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Internal Audit, or Accounting.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years’ experience in Internal Audit, Accounting, or related fields.
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, and Office Administration.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Competent with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to prioritize and manage a dynamic workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude, willing to learn and adapt.
- Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods and willingness to travel.
