Who We’re Looking For
- Currently studying towards, or already completed, a recognised agriculture diploma or degree (only agriculture fields considered).
- Passionate about hands-on farming and eager to build a career in dairy farming.
- Willing to start at the bottom, performing physical farm work, and working shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Serious about learning, open to feedback, and able to handle a tough, demanding programme.
- Strong team players with excellent communication skills and respect for colleagues at all levels.
- Proven determination and resilience demonstrated through leadership roles, sport, SRC, residence committees, community projects, or relevant work experience.
