Main Purpose of Job
This developmental internship at Mediclinic Louis Leipoldt in Bellville, Cape Town, South Africa offers a structured opportunity to enhance academic, professional, and personal skills. The role enables the intern to integrate theoretical knowledge gained through classroom learning with practical competencies in a professional healthcare environment.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Fulfill requirements of the TVET work integrated learning programme specific to the qualification.
- Demonstrate personal effectiveness through continuous learning and development in areas of study.
- Maintain and uphold professional standards in alignment with Mediclinic’s organisational values.
- Develop and sustain stakeholder relationships and deliver quality client service.
Required Education
Candidates must hold a relevant tertiary qualification at N6 level, obtained from an accredited TVET institution, specifically in Human Resources.
Required Experience

Required Job Skills and Knowledge
- Proficiency in computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of written and verbal English communication.
- Understanding and application of professional telephone etiquette.
