Main Purpose of Job

This developmental internship at Mediclinic Louis Leipoldt in Bellville, Cape Town, South Africa offers a structured opportunity to enhance academic, professional, and personal skills. The role enables the intern to integrate theoretical knowledge gained through classroom learning with practical competencies in a professional healthcare environment.

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Fulfill requirements of the TVET work integrated learning programme specific to the qualification.
  • Demonstrate personal effectiveness through continuous learning and development in areas of study.
  • Maintain and uphold professional standards in alignment with Mediclinic’s organisational values.
  • Develop and sustain stakeholder relationships and deliver quality client service.

Required Education

Candidates must hold a relevant tertiary qualification at N6 level, obtained from an accredited TVET institution, specifically in Human Resources.

Required Job Skills and Knowledge

  • Proficiency in computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good command of written and verbal English communication.
  • Understanding and application of professional telephone etiquette.
