Job Description

Online Offers Call Centre is offering an accredited NQF 3 Learnership Programme designed to equip candidates with essential sales negotiation skills and the ability to handle client telephonic and email queries effectively. This opportunity includes both classroom and on-the-job training, with assignments and a portfolio of evidence to be completed throughout the programme.

  • Stipend: R4500.00 per month (earn while you learn)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 16:30 (No public holidays)

Requirements

  • Matric qualification with at least 50% pass rate in English and Mathematics
  • South African citizen with a valid SA ID
  • Resident of Western Cape
  • Unemployed for at least 1 month from date of application
  • Experience in Lead Generation, Collections, or Sales is advantageous

Skills and Abilities

  • Computer literate
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to meet deadlines
