Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on forklifts and related equipment.
• Conduct field service visits to client sites to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all service activities.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports for each job completed.
• Collaborate with senior technicians and management to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical qualification or trade certification in forklift or mechanical maintenance.
• Basic understanding of forklift operation and safety procedures.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel as required.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
