Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and update learner fee payments in the financial system or spreadsheets
  • Issue receipts for cash, EFT, and other payment methods
  • Assist with preparing monthly fee statements for parents
  • Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
  • Reconcile daily cash and payment records
  • Track outstanding fees and prepare follow-up lists
  • Support procurement processes by recording purchases and filing invoices
  • Assist with basic budget tracking for school activities and events
