Your Impact: What You’ll Do

Over two immersive weeks, collaborate directly with consultants to tackle strategic challenges for some of Africa’s most influential organisations. This hands-on experience goes beyond observation—you will contribute meaningfully from day one.

  • Work in cross-functional teams to address real client challenges, including growth strategy and operational transformation.
  • Lead your own workstreams using analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and clear communication.
  • Explore how AI, data, and digital platforms reshape industries at the intersection of strategy and technology.
  • Engage directly with clients and senior leaders, contributing insights and presenting recommendations.

Qualifications & Attributes

Accenture seeks final-year students displaying both capability and character who meet the following criteria:

  • Available to attend the programme at the Midrand office from 6th July to 17th July 2026.
  • Completing final year of study in 2026 with a minimum 65% university average.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Preferred Degrees

  • Commerce: BCom General, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Business Information Technology, Master of Management in Commerce fields, Postgraduate Diploma in Commerce.
  • Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science.
