Job Description
Starlight AI, a leader in advanced AI solutions, is seeking an AI Implementation Specialist based in South Africa for a 6-month contract position. This role supports the client rollout, onboarding, and pilot delivery of Starlight AI’s Board Meeting Minutes product, which offers secure, real-time transcriptions and high-quality meeting minutes with enterprise-grade confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the rollout and implementation of Starlight AI solutions for clients
- Gather and understand client requirements, especially around minute-taking and output expectations
- Tailor AI agents, workflows, and templates to suit each client’s needs
- Test and quality-check configurations, outputs, and templates to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Coordinate pilot setup, feedback, adjustments, and successful follow-through
- Provide onboarding and ongoing client support during implementation phases
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery experiences
- Make light technical updates and iterations using Claude Code
- Document implementation decisions, client preferences, issues, and updates accurately
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery quality, client satisfaction, and rollout processes
