New Venture Creation – NQF Level 4 Learnership for People Living with Disability
Programme Requirements
Tran-Source Pty Ltd offers a specialised learnership aimed at empowering individuals living with disabilities through business and entrepreneurship training. To qualify for this programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be African, Coloured, or Indian
- Aged between 18 and 32 years
- Have a clear interest in business or entrepreneurship
- Be living with a disability (including physical, sensory, cognitive, mental health, or other conditions affecting daily activities)
- Possess a Matric certificate
- Reside in Gauteng
Please note that many disabilities are non-visible and individuals may experience them differently.

This temporary 12-month contract is designed for determined and innovative individuals ready to build their future in business.
