Merchants SA Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated HR Administrator Intern to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Service Delivery department. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to gain practical experience in human resources processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining and updating employee records
- Support recruitment activities, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews
- Help onboard new employees and prepare necessary documentation
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives
- Respond to basic employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate HR contact
Requirements
- Human Resources Qualification (N6 Certificate, Diploma, or Degree)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- No prior working experience required
- Age between 18 and 34 years old
- South African citizen
- Computer literate in MS Office and MS Outlook
