This structured work-based learning programme combines theoretical learning through an accredited training provider with practical workplace experience, leading to a registered qualification in the insurance sector.

Learnership Criteria
- Willingness to work in offices located in the specified provinces/branches.
- Possession of a valid matric certificate.
- Matric subjects must include English, and either Maths, Maths Literacy, or Accounting.
- Age between 18 and 35 years.
- No previous learnerships attended.
- Not currently registered with any academic institution or engaged in other studies.
- Reliable mode of transportation.
- Smartphone or laptop is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer skills including MS Office, email, and internet are advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
- Must be a South African citizen.
