This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates seeking practical experience in sales and business development within a leading global industrial company.
The role offers immersion in sales processes, customer relationship management, and digital sales platforms, providing valuable exposure to internal sales activities. As a Sales Intern, you will report directly to the General Manager and support the Sales team in reaching business goals by engaging in various sales and e-commerce initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist field sales representatives in sales activities and customer engagement
- Support organisational growth by gaining experience with Atlas Copco’s product and service portfolio, emphasizing remote customer interaction
- Drive user adoption of the Smart portal by onboarding and training distributors and customers for e-commerce initiatives
- Identify opportunities to expand the scope of outgoing quotes and manage sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain customer relationships through phone calls and digital channels
- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer data and track quotes effectively
- Participate in seminars, exhibitions, and marketing activities to enhance industry knowledge
- Support the sales team to ensure efficient territory coverage and business planning
Requirements
- Recent degree in Marketing or Engineering
- Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills
