AVBOB, in partnership with INSETA, is offering a twelve (12) months Long Term Insurance Unemployed Learnership programme at NQF Level 4, with 140 credits. This structured work-based learning programme combines theoretical training through an accredited provider with practical workplace experience, leading to a registered qualification.

Learnership Criteria
- Willingness to work in AVBOB offices across various provinces/branches.
- Possession of a valid matric certificate.
- Matric subjects must include English and either Maths, Maths Literacy, or Accounting.
- Aged between 18 and 35 years.
- No previous learnerships attended.
- Not currently registered with any academic institution or engaged in other studies.
- Reliable mode of transportation is required.
- Smartphone or laptop is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer skills (MS Office, Email, and Internet) are advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
- Must be a South African citizen.
