This opportunity is designed for motivated young individuals, especially people with disabilities, seeking practical experience in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities & Learning Areas
- Manufacturing carpets and working with fibre and yarn
- Basic manufacturing and factory skills
- Operating machinery and equipment
- Workplace safety and quality standards
- Teamwork and communication in a production environment
- Basic problem-solving on the production line
- Understanding materials used in textile and leather production
Minimum Requirements
- Age between 18 and 30 years
- Grade 12 with Mathematics 45% OR Maths Literacy 50%, and English 50%
- Willingness to work shifts and in a factory environment
