Job Description
Zetes is seeking high-potential graduates for the Inside Sales & Customer Excellence Intern position. This internship offers practical experience within a commercial and customer-focused environment, supporting the Sales function to strengthen customer engagement, enhance service delivery standards, and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Operations Support: Assist with sales reporting, data consolidation, CRM system maintenance, and pipeline tracking.
- Customer Excellence & Service Performance: Monitor customer service metrics, support customer satisfaction initiatives, and contribute to process improvements.
- Commercial & Market Insights: Conduct market and competitor research, analyze customer trends, and assist in preparing presentations and reports.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with internal stakeholders for seamless service delivery and provide administrative coordination across sales functions.

Minimum Requirements
- Completed National N6 Certificate or National Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Sales Management, or related field
- BCom (General, Marketing, or related field) qualification
- Academic qualification must be completed (proof required)
- No prior work experience required
