Job Description

Zetes is seeking high-potential graduates for the Inside Sales & Customer Excellence Intern position. This internship offers practical experience within a commercial and customer-focused environment, supporting the Sales function to strengthen customer engagement, enhance service delivery standards, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Operations Support: Assist with sales reporting, data consolidation, CRM system maintenance, and pipeline tracking.
  • Customer Excellence & Service Performance: Monitor customer service metrics, support customer satisfaction initiatives, and contribute to process improvements.
  • Commercial & Market Insights: Conduct market and competitor research, analyze customer trends, and assist in preparing presentations and reports.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with internal stakeholders for seamless service delivery and provide administrative coordination across sales functions.
