Transformation Solutions is offering the SMG Sales Cadet Program, a 12-month learnership designed to develop competent sales professionals within the motor industry. This program combines practical on-the-job sales experience, administrative duties, and formal training leading to a QCTO Occupational Certificate in Sales Advisory.

Job Purpose

The Sales Cadet supports dealership sales activities while completing the learnership. The role involves assisting with sales processes, customer interactions, and administrative tasks, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience over 12 months.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric/National Senior Certificate
• Valid driver’s license (Code B) – preferred
• Previous sales or administration experience – preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn and commit to the full learnership period

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team and assist with sales-related processes
• Support customer interactions by capturing information accurately and professionally
• Prepare, process, and maintain sales documentation and records
• Capture, update, and manage customer and deal information on internal systems
• Coordinate and support sales activities including scheduling and follow-ups
• Assist with basic product or service information as directed
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks
• Maintain organised records and support compliance with internal procedures
• Assist with general office and showroom administration
• Attend all learnership classes, training sessions, and assessments
• Complete and submit all learnership assignments and assessments on time
• Actively participate in workplace learning and successfully complete the 12-month learnership
