Key Purpose of the Role
To provide exceptional customer service in onboarding applications, ensuring timely and efficient execution in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The role emphasizes maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.
Objectives
- Verify receipt of all relevant documents, including correct application forms, valid bank statements, and signed quotes
- Ensure compliance checks are completed accurately
- Capture new business (NB) applications and report system or process issues
- Follow up on outstanding client information via telephone or email
- Issue NB quotes and maintain processing SLAs
- Recommend and test improvements to departmental systems
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Perform multiple roles within the team as required
- Update Quality Assurance (QA) error reports when necessary
- Capture, quality assure, and activate new investments; issue relevant policy schedules
- Assist with queries relating to the onboarding process
- Maintain strong product knowledge and meet monthly assessment targets of at least 90%
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with quality assurance in a LISP environment
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of investment or financial products
- Customer service orientation and results-driven mindset
- Effective time management skills
