Netsurit Internship Opportunity: Tier 0 IT Consultant (Intern / Graduate Trainee)

We are currently seeking passionate, driven, and curious individuals to join our IT Internship Programme as Tier 0 IT Consultants. This entry-level role provides real-world exposure to enterprise IT support environments, helping build foundational technical capabilities, customer experience skills, and professional workplace readiness.
Purpose of the Role
This internship offers graduates and diploma holders hands-on experience in supporting end-users, learning IT service management processes, and developing core troubleshooting skills within a global managed services environment.
What You’ll Gain Exposure To
- Provide first-line IT support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests accurately.
- Assist users with common IT issues such as password resets, access queries, and basic troubleshooting.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams while learning structured support processes.
- Participate in training programmes and contribute to knowledge base documentation.
- Learn IT service management standards, security practices, and customer engagement skills.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
We welcome candidates holding South African ICT-aligned qualifications at various NQF levels:
NQF Level 5 – Entry-Level IT Qualifications (Preferred for Internship Entry)
- Higher Certificate in Information Technology
- National Certificate: IT (Systems Development / Systems Support)
- National Certificate: Computer Science
- Higher Certificate in Software Development
- Higher Certificate in Information Systems
- Higher Certificate in Network Engineering / IT Support

NQF Level 6 – Diploma / Advanced Certificate (Highly Suitable)
