What is a Trainee Call Centre Agent?

Old Mutual is seeking motivated individuals to join as Trainee Call Centre Agents. This role is ideal for graduates or experienced professionals aiming to elevate their careers within a reputable financial services company.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Old Mutual products telephonically to new and existing clients, aligning with their financial goals and needs.
• Enable clients to achieve positive financial futures and protect their assets and estates.
• Maintain superior service delivery through effective personal time and task management.
• Engage in consultative selling and upselling to strengthen customer relationships.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

• Matric/Grade 12 certificate.
• 6-12 months outbound call centre sales or retail sales experience.
• Previous financial services experience is desirable.
• Computer literacy, including MS Office proficiency.
• Clear credit and criminal records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
