Role Description / Key Performance Areas
- Market Old Mutual products to new and existing clients telephonically, aligning with clients’ financial goals to enable positive financial futures and protection of assets and estates.
- Maintain superior service delivery through effective personal time and task management.
Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12 certificate
- 6-12 months outbound call centre sales or retail sales experience
- Previous financial services experience is desirable
- Clear credit and criminal records
- Computer literacy, including MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
