Role Description / Key Performance Areas

  • Market Old Mutual products to new and existing clients telephonically, aligning with clients’ financial goals to enable positive financial futures and protection of assets and estates.
  • Maintain superior service delivery through effective personal time and task management.

Requirements

  • Matric/Grade 12 certificate
  • 6-12 months outbound call centre sales or retail sales experience
  • Previous financial services experience is desirable
  • Clear credit and criminal records
  • Computer literacy, including MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
