SA Commercial (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced Academy Manager to oversee their Work Readiness Learnership Programme. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage SETA-funded programmes effectively within a high-performance environment.
Required Competencies
- Strong leadership and classroom authority
- Experience managing learnership or SETA-funded programmes
- Knowledge of South African Labour Law and Skills Development Act
- Excellent coaching and mentoring ability
- High emotional intelligence and resilience
- Strong administrative and reporting capability
- Commercial understanding of workforce planning
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree/Diploma in HR, Education, Industrial Psychology or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in learnership management, youth development, or training delivery
- Experience within BPO or high-performance environment advantageous
- Knowledge of B-BBEE Skills Development requirements advantageous
