As a Recruitment Intern at Crew Life at Sea, you will gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of luxury cruise ship recruitment. Working closely with the experienced recruitment team, you will support the agency’s recruitment efforts, focusing on the unique demands of luxury cruise liners.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Collaborate with the team to identify potential candidates using online job boards, industry networks, and social media platforms.
- Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes, applications, and cover letters; conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Interview Coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews and providing candidates with relevant information to ensure a smooth process.
- Candidate Database Management: Maintain an organized database of candidate profiles, qualifications, and interview outcomes.
- Applicant Correspondence: Communicate with candidates to provide updates, answer inquiries, and guide them through application procedures.
- Recruitment Events Support: Help organize and attend job fairs and career expos to promote Crew Life at Sea and attract potential talent.
- Administrative Support: Provide document preparation, data entry, and maintain recruitment records.
