Market Research & Analysis

  • Maintain weekly transaction and business development trackers
  • Research target assets, buyer profiles, and African market players
  • Analyze portfolio developers, sellers, and lenders across Africa

Financial Analysis & Valuation

  • Assist with property valuations using income, sales comparison, and cost approaches
  • Build financial models for investment analysis and live transactions
  • Prepare cash flow projections and investment return calculations
  • Support due diligence processes

Research & Client Support

  • Contribute to market publications and thought leadership content
  • Maintain comprehensive African real estate databases
  • Support ongoing transactions, pitches, and client events
