- Maintain weekly transaction and business development trackers
- Research target assets, buyer profiles, and African market players
- Analyze portfolio developers, sellers, and lenders across Africa
Financial Analysis & Valuation
- Assist with property valuations using income, sales comparison, and cost approaches
- Build financial models for investment analysis and live transactions
- Prepare cash flow projections and investment return calculations
- Support due diligence processes
Research & Client Support
- Contribute to market publications and thought leadership content
- Maintain comprehensive African real estate databases
- Support ongoing transactions, pitches, and client events

Comprehensive Compensation Package
