Overview
Talent and Skills Development Academy (PTY) LTD is offering an Orthopaedic Medical Sales Intern (Technical Assistant) position. This role is designed to support the sales and technical teams by providing in-theatre assistance during orthopaedic procedures, assisting with product demonstrations, and aiding customer relationship management efforts. The internship provides hands-on exposure to medical sales, orthopaedic products, and clinical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-theatre technical support during orthopaedic surgical procedures
- Assist with orthopaedic product demonstrations
- Support customer relationship management activities
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
- Participate in technical, clinical, and product training sessions
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Sciences, Health Sciences, or related medical or scientific discipline
Requirements
- Candidate must not have previously completed a Yes4Youth Programme
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in a clinical and theatre environment
- Professional, reliable, and eager to learn
Package & Remuneration
Stipend: R 8 000 per month
