People (HR) Intern Opportunity at Luxury Safari Lodge in Kruger National Park
Kendrick Recruitment is thrilled to recruit a People (HR) Intern for a prestigious luxury safari lodge located within the breathtaking Kruger National Park. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including posting job vacancies and screening CVs
- Compile starter packs and support the onboarding of new employees
- Capture and maintain employee records on the HR Information System
- Submit payroll-related documentation accurately and promptly
- Respond to staff enquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Assist with personnel administration and employee records management
- Coordinate interviews and liaise with shortlisted candidates
- Support general office and HR administrative duties
- Book training courses and assist with training administration and invoicing
- Assist with company events and internal HR initiatives
- Support BBBEE-related administration
- Contribute to general HR and People-related projects as required
Requirements
Skills and Experience
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate (essential)
- Diploma in Human Resource Management (essential)
- Strong computer literacy including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail
- Professional, reliable, punctual, and conscientious attitude
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of ownership, integrity, and confidentiality
