Life Healthcare presents an opportunity at Life Entabeni Hospital for an unemployed HR learner to participate in a HWSETA-supported learnership project. This program is designed to provide practical work experience aligned with the qualifications learners are pursuing. The learnership is specifically for individuals who have completed their N6 Human Resource Management qualification at a public TVET college and are seeking to complete their mandatory 18-month workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience in Human Resource Management within a healthcare facility.
- Apply theoretical knowledge acquired during N6 studies to real-world HR functions.
- Complete an 18-month structured workplace learning program to fulfill graduation requirements.
- Develop competencies in problem-solving, communication, and ethical workplace behavior.
Requirements
- Must be unemployed at the time of application.
- Completed N6 Human Resource Management qualification from a public TVET college.
