Job Description

The Truworths Learnership program provides individuals with the opportunity to be cross-trained, enabling them to operate efficiently on both the sales floor and the service desk within a retail outlet. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and managing stock effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to provide exceptional service.
  • Manage and maintain stock on the sales floor and service desk.
  • Complete all required logbooks and training documentation.
  • Prepare for and participate in assessments to demonstrate competency as a cross-trained sales consultant.
