Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line and second-line support across network, server, and application environments
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and virtualization issues
- Assist in monitoring systems, performance alerts, and service uptime
- Support server maintenance, backups, patching, and system updates
Requirements
Candidate Qualifications
- Strong interest in server and network support and engineering
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls
- Basic exposure to Windows Server or Linux Server environments
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or VirtualBox
- Proactive approach with strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn
