  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and virtualization issues
  • Assist in monitoring systems, performance alerts, and service uptime
  • Support server maintenance, backups, patching, and system updates

Requirements

Candidate Qualifications

  • Strong interest in server and network support and engineering
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls
  • Basic exposure to Windows Server or Linux Server environments
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or VirtualBox
  • Proactive approach with strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn
