SITA is inviting motivated young graduates to apply for the Graduate – 1 Year Limited Contract opportunity based in Johannesburg, South Africa. About the Role
As a Graduate, you will support user account administration and provide basic IT support. The role emphasizes system access management, resolving login issues, and maintaining compliance with security and access control standards. This position is ideal for graduates seeking entry-level experience in IT support and systems administration within enterprise technology environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage user accounts following defined standards and procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve login issues post account creation
- Handle errors including duplicate usernames and access permission issues
- Capture and verify user details accurately
- Maintain documentation and adhere to system naming conventions
- Support compliance with security and access control requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Matric certificate (Grade 12) – mandatory
- Basic PC literacy including email, systems navigation, and data entry
- Knowledge of Active Directory (advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational and administrative skills
- Basic problem-solving skills related to user access and account issues
