Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and market skills development and training solutions to corporate clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective clients.
  • Conduct needs analyses and recommend tailored training solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and SETA compliance requirements.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric certification.
  • National Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years’ sales experience, preferably within training, development, or educational services.
  • Knowledge of SETA-accredited programmes and skills development legislation including the Skills Development Act and BBBEE Codes.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel when required.
