Transformation Solutions is seeking motivated Site Assistants to join their team under the YES Learnership Programme. This fixed-term contract opportunity spans 12 months and offers entry-level candidates practical workplace experience while supporting on-site operations across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general on-site duties and daily operations
- Support supervisors and site teams with assigned tasks
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and safety of the site
- Adhere to company procedures and safety standards
- Perform additional duties as required by management

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Must NOT have completed a YES learnership before
- Matric certificate required
- Reside near the preferred work location
- No previous work experience required
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
