Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to senior leaders and teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Support the coordination of team activities, events, and communications.
- Handle general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and email correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.
- Balance workplace responsibilities with academic requirements as part of the learnership.
Minimum Requirements
- South African citizen living with a disability (proof of disability required).
- Completed Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- Strong interest in administration and office support roles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
- Ability to effectively manage time between work and study.
