Talent and Skills Development Academy (PTY) LTD is offering an Early Childhood Development (ECD) Learnership for passionate individuals eager to work with young children and support their growth and development. This learnership combines theoretical training with practical workplace experience at a registered ECD centre and leads to a nationally recognised qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the care and supervision of children
- Support learning and development activities
- Help create a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment
- Assist with lesson preparation and play-based learning
- Observe and record children’s progress
- Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- South African citizen
- Aged between 18 to 33 years
- Qualification in Psychology or Social Work
- Valid driver’s license
- Unemployed at the time of appointment
- Passion for working with young children
- Good communication skills
