PPB COO Graduate Internship Programme Overview
The PPB COO Graduate Internship Programme is designed for recent, unemployed graduates eager to build a career in a high-performance, innovative environment. This 12-month fixed-term programme provides meaningful, hands-on experience within Absa’s Personal and Private Banking Chief Operating Office (PPB COO), combining learning and real business impact.

Qualifications
Applicants must have a completed NQF Level 7 qualification or higher in one of the following fields:
- Forensic Science & Technology / Criminology
- Risk Management
- BCom General Mathematics / Applied Mathematics
- Data Analytics / Data Science
- Strategy / Strategic Management
- BCom Informatics
- Project Management
- Business Analysis
Additional Information
- Previous work experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualifications in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies
