Key Responsibilities
- Administration of claims
- Ensure compliance with external sponsors and internal funding requirements
- Handle correspondence by liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with audits
- Data capturing and accurate record keeping
- Administer grant holder linked postgraduate scholarships or bursaries
- Provide back-up support where necessary
Requirements
Competencies
- Proficient computer literacy in MS Office Suite
- Bookkeeping skills
- Knowledge of ITS and I-enabler software packages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good numerical skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
