Join PEP Africa as an HR Graduate Intern supporting the design and implementation of an in-house leadership development programme. This role focuses on shaping effective learning journeys to develop future retail leaders. You will conduct needs analyses, research best-practice programmes, and help measure training impact using ROI tools, turning learning initiatives into measurable business results.
